What this is

Personality Tracker is a self-insight tool built on the popular 16-type framework: a questionnaire, a roster of the people around you, and reports about how they fit together. It is currently a free beta.

The one hard rule. Results from this app must never be used to make hiring, firing, promotion, pay, housing, lending, or any other consequential decision about a person. Our questionnaire is not an academically validated instrument, personality typing is a conversation tool rather than a measurement, and using it to gate someone's livelihood is both wrong and, in employment contexts, potentially illegal. Accounts used this way will be closed.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live, if higher) to create an account.
You sign in with Google; keep that account secure. You can delete your account and export your data at any time from Help → Account & data.
You are responsible for what you record about other people. Be the kind of person your roster would be comfortable with — and remove anyone who asks.

Not clinical, not diagnostic

Nothing in this product is medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reports are for personal insight. If you use the app in a coaching or counselling practice, results are conversation starters within your own professional standards — the app never replaces your judgment.

Acceptable use

Don't use invites or report emails to harass anyone, or to email people who haven't agreed to hear from you.
Don't attempt to access anyone else's roster, probe the security rules, or automate bulk accounts.
Don't republish someone's shared report beyond what they'd reasonably expect.

The service

This is a beta: features will change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to say so plainly and in advance where we can — and your export button always works. The service is provided "as is", without warranties; to the maximum extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for it (currently: nothing).

Content and ownership

Your data is yours. The questionnaire, reports, site text and design are ours — this product is not affiliated with, and does not use, the MBTI® or 16Personalities instruments.
